We’ve all been to conferences and live events.  Some leave us inspired and some leave us, well…bored.  The difference is the speakers.  This truth means the choices the event coordinator makes in selecting the right speaker(s) are paramount to the success of the event.  If you are that event coordinator, then this speaking page is for you.  My purpose in what follows is to make it as easy on you as possible to understand if I am your guy.

What You Can Expect

Here is what you can expect from me and my team:

  • Professionalism – we will honor you with our responsiveness to your phone calls and email messages.
  • Consultation – a personal phone consultation with me prior to you event so that I can best understand how to meet your highest interests and best serve your audience.
  • Promotion – we will promote your event on this blog and other social media applications – assuming that your event is public and you wish us to do so.
  • Access – we will create, exclusively for your attendees, a custom resource page.  It will include the presentation slides/material as well as links to books, materials, and other technology apps that I believe will be helpful to you audience.
  • Debriefing – a short follow-up conversation so that I can ensure that the expectations of you and your audience were met.  I also hope you will honor me with an ideas on how I can improve.

A Bit About Me

I have been speaking publicly for 3 years from San Diego, Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington DC, to New York.  I have spoken at major national Commercial Real Estate companies conventions and State CRE Conferences.  I have also been interviewed on the CCIM podcast.

After serving honorably as an Arabic Linguist in the Marine Cops, I have spent the last 8 years as an advisor in the Commercial Real Estate industry.  Since 2008, my company has been a franchisee of Sperry Van Ness, and I have been the owner and Managing Director since 2010.  During that time, I have been awarded the 2009 Prospector of the Year as well as the 2011 Innovator of the Year.  I was also recently profiled in the 2012 Commercial Real Estate bestseller Brokers Who Dominate by Rod Santomassimo.

I now devote my work time to advising our clients about their real estate needs and opportunities, to coaching a dozen commercial brokers through my affiliation with the Massimo-Group, and to speaking to advisors around the country.  My mission in this time is to add tremendous value and benefit as I serve my clients and customers in capitalizing on their opportunities and solving their problems.

When not working, I spend my time with my beautiful wife of 11 years and my three great children.  We are a family that simply loves to be together when we aren’t participating in the sporting events of our children.

I also tend to be active in my hometown community, Owensboro, KY, where I am involved with a number of non-profits and serve as an Elder at Owensboro Christian Church.
