Sometimes I just love being a dad. This weekend, my daughter participated in her first karate demonstration. She just turned 6 and has been training for about a year.

This video blew me away! I’ve prided myself on being an expert and uber-efficient packer, but this guy knocked me down a few pegs.

Inspired by Jimmy Fallon, my son thought that we should have the first annual Barron Family Lip-Sync Competition. He also wanted to have the competition on his blog – Ben-Barron.com. Not bad for an 8 year old, eh?
