The single best way to improve – and to see vast improvement – is to hire a coach.  The best and most obvious example of this is the elite athlete.  All athletes are coached, from Olympic Track and Field athletes to uber-elite NBA players like Lebron James (now my son is irritated because he like Dwayne Wade better).  This is true in business as well, however.  Top performers have coaches, and you should too.  There is no other single way to improve performance and results than to hire a coach.

I can say that coaching works because I started as a coaching client of the Massimo Group in 2010.  I benefited tremendously from the proprietary systems and platform.  I was a huge beneficiary of the accountability.  Knowing that I had to answer for my performance regarding metrics that I committed to hit – this changed how I did business.  Now I get the privilege of passing on my Commercial Real Estate experience, but also my “being coached” experience.

What You Can Expect

Here is what you can expect from me and my team:

  • One On One Coaching – this is the core of the coaching relationship and is tailored to the needs and schedule of our client.  We offer coaching on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Technology – coaching sessions are held via web conferencing.  Physical proximity is not a factor – all you need is a webcam.  I have clients in Los Angeles, Nashville, Calgary, Toronto, Orlando, and others in between.
  • Just In Time Coaching – in between scheduled coaching calls, I am available to assist should the need arise.  An example would be when you land the big listing presentation:  I make time to meet the pressing needs of my clients.
  • Access – Massimo Group clients have access to all our tools and platforms from R.A.M.P Process, Client-Focused Presentations, Brokerage Bloodline (pipeline tool), and many other proprietary tools to take your brokerage to the next level.

A Bit About Me

I have been a client of the Massimo Group, and now a coach, since 2010.  I currently carry a client list of approximately 12 advisors/brokers from the United States and Canada.  The clients range in experience from 3 to over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience.  Although our process audits all aspects of our clients’ businesses, I tend to specialize in helping my clients do two things:  creating a prospecting system that produces consistent and sustainable deal flow, and creating a presence system that generates top of mind awareness in any market.

After serving honorably as an Arabic Linguist in the Marine Cops, I have spent the last 8 years as an advisor in the Commercial Real Estate industry.  Since 2008, my company has been a franchisee of Sperry Van Ness, and I have been the owner and Managing Director since 2010.  During that time, I have been awarded the 2009 Prospector of the Year as well as the 2011 Innovator of the Year.  I was also recently profiled in the 2012 Commercial Real Estate bestseller Brokers Who Dominate by Rod Santomassimo.

I now devote my work time to advising our brokerage clients about their real estate needs and opportunities, to coaching a dozen commercial brokers, and to speaking to advisors around the country.  My mission in this time is to add tremendous value and benefit as I serve my clients and customers in capitalizing on their opportunities and solving their problems.

When not working, I spend my time with my beautiful wife of 11 years and my three energizing children.  We are a family that simply loves to be together when we aren’t participating in the sporting events of our children.

I also tend to be active in my hometown community, Owensboro, KY, where I am involved with a number of non-profits and serve as an Elder at Owensboro Christian Church.
